All about delivery & Returns 

 

We believe that unique and quick delivery options will make a great difference to our customers. We want to bring great value whether our customers focus on lead time, price or flexibility. Swish Furniture Company what it takes to give our customers what they want.

Swish is pleased to be able to offer FREE standard delivery on most of our items to UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery is between 3-5 working days. For non-mainland addresses, including the Scottish Highlands, NI & ROI, there will be a £20 delivery charge for delivery within 3-5 working days. For those items you just can’t wait for, we also offer a NEXT DAY delivery service for a one off fee of £8. To ensure next day delivery, items must be ordered before 12pm.

This next day delivery service is only available to UK mainland addresses. If there are any changes to the availability of an item or changes to scheduled delivery, you will be contacted by one of our advisers to inform you and to confirm you are happy to proceed.

We use a third party delivery service to transport our items to you and we aim for all of our items to reach you within the time frame you want and in perfect condition. Once the order has been confirmed by our courier service, you will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm dates and times which you will be able to change if they are not suitable.

Our Made to Measure & Bespoke service is exempt from these delivery charges. During the consultation, delivery times and schedules will be discussed and arranged at a time that suits you.

 

Next day deliver

 

If you place an order by 12PM, and the product is in stock – we will ship it the same day, for delivery the next day.

 

Delivery information UK

 

Whilst product is manufactured in our partners factories we keep stock in UK warehouses, with an intention to deliver to customers within a few days.

Free delivery for most mainland Uk. For following postcodes extra  delivery charge applies.

Postcodes AB10/11/12/15/16/24/25, DD, DG, EH, FK1-18, G, ALL KA except 27-28 see below, KY, ML, PH1-10, IOW PO31-41, Scilly Isles TR21-25 TD, Higher charges to PA1-19, Scottish Highlands all other AB postcodes IV1-56 FK19-21 KA27-28 KW1-14 PA20-39 All PH except 1-10

We also can operate a 2 Man Home delivery service ( Sofas-Beds) Extra charges as follows

Mainland £35 up to 70kg + 35p per Kg thereafter

Central Scotland £42 up to 70Kg + 40p per Kg thereafter

Scottish Highlands £67 up to 70Kg + 45p per Kg thereafter

Swish Furniture Company endeavors to keep to expected delivery times. Should we be unable to deliver within the set date, we will naturally inform the customer and decide on a new delivery date.

 

Transportation damages

 

Our high specification packaging for products, is designed for transportation through a home delivery network. We do appreciate that on a small number of occasions damages do occur. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and refused. You should then contact us straight away, so that we can assist with the problem. If damage is discovered when the product has been accepted, we will of course offer spare parts, no questions asked. All you need to do is contact Customer Services, and they will assist you in making sure we select the right part for you.

 

Replacement parts 

 

Our factory has in place a high standard of quality checks; however, in the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, you can go on line and contact us. The replacement part will be dispatched direct to you from our UK warehouse or factory.

Signed proof of delivery for easy record keeping using state-of-the-art smart handset. However this is not applicable for smaller products.

If you provided a mobile phone number, a text message will be sent to you to confirm delivery date. In addition, the crew will phone when they are en route**

The below exceptions do apply to our delivery policy.

  • For 2-man delivery items, a fully trained and equipped delivery team will come to your home will bring the product(s) inside to your room of choice.
  • The delivery team will not be able to bring your order up more than one flight of stairs, unless there is an elevator on the property which they can use
  • If you provided a mobile phone number, a text message will be sent to you to confirm delivery date. In addition, the crew will phone when they are en route.This is only applicable for larger furniture items, 2 man
  • Customer signs for delivery for 1-man and 2-man. If the item requires a signature, the driver will leave a notice behind for customer with instructions on how to proceed with receiving the shipment.
  • Packaging waste removal is applicable for 2 man delivery only.

  13. Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41).

  14. Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

All deliveries within UK mainland are free with no restrictions whatsoever on minimum order quantity or minimum order value. However, we are constrained to levy delivery surcharge on the extended areas and these charges vary depending on the logistics partner as well as the product profile.
